Shipping policy

Normal Shipping Times are between 2-15 days for Domestic Shipments(Within India). For International shipments, the Shipping Times are between 4-20 days. If you do not receive your products at the time period, Please contact customercare@zensangam.com with your Order Number. 

Shipping Charges are calculated based on your location and order value. For Domestic shipments, the charges starts from INR20 to INR100. For International shipments, the shipping charges are in the range from INR1600 to INR4000. For remote area shipping, additional charges of INR3500 will be applied.
