The paper is super thick with a good texture. It was able to hold multiple layers of acrylic paint without warping. It is good for most types of paints. I found negligible warping in wet-on-wet watercolor switching. I'd definitely recommend this for beginners as you can work on it with multiple layers, and is quite affordable.

The surface of this one is so so smooth and paints just dance over it. Earlier I had bought the cold pressed one but due to the small dots over it the blending process kinda irksome. But this one has hot pressed paper and the thickness is also perfect. Would buy it again!!
